#25008 Christmas cook needed for Christmas Day, 11 guests, Bristol BS9

I am looking for a cook for Christmas day for a party of 11. 7 adults, 4 children.

The clients mother passed away unexpectedly and they feel they would like to have the family together but without the hassle of cooking to make the day a little easier for everyone.

They have space if the cook would like to stay there the night before to do a bit of prep or just so they can get up very early on xmas day.

Lunch timings: 13.00/13.30 but that may depend on what time we have breakfast 

Meals required by the cook – breakfast and Christmas lunch. Client says probably canapés/nibbles, main & pudding for the lunch. They would like the meal to be plated. They were thinking for Christmas lunch perhaps venison en croute/Salmon en croute and for those below with allergies/ intolerances this could be deconstructed so they don’t have the pastry. And RE veg they normally cook this separately so they can have everything but just not plated up so that it is more sharer style. I am sure the client will explain this more of all this!

Breakfast to have cold and hot options most likely buffet style.

They have a few allergies/eating requirements so the cook will need to be able to deal with the below:

- 1 x vegetarian (who will eat fish) 

- 1 x allergic to nuts 

- 1 x allergic to legumes and Intolerant to gluten & dairy 

- 1 x intolerant to all grains accept rice & oats, anything from deadly nightshade family (ie tomatoes, potatoes) & carrots
