We are looking for a cook to prepare a classy fine dining meal for a mature hen do dinner party.

All adults, 10 guests.

They would be looking for British/French fine dining but also open to suggestions. Not christmassy! Nothing too stodgy either.

Courses: Canapes, Starters, Mains and Dessert.

Everything to be plated.

Approx 7.30 start for the meal.

One severe nut allergy.
