#25020 Christmas chef needed 24th-26th, Gloucestershire GL7

Looking for a chef to do food for a large family 24th, 25th and 25th December.

Clients’ household is 6 adults plus a baby. They might invite guests for Christmas Eve too - chef would know in advance. Numbers TBC.

On the 25th there will be 20 adults plus 1 baby and 1 X 5 year old  so you will need to be organised and used to cooking for a large family.

Accommodation is provided you will have your own room with shared use of a bathroom with one other guest (clients sister).

Client happy to prepare their our own breakfast on Xmas day but as it is an open plan kitchen, which can get very busy you might need to discuss logistics and you may decide you would rather cook breakfast so people stay out the kitchen!

Christmas Day lunch is buffet, they like to try and get the food onto the plates as quickly as possible - so it is help yourself to a certain extent in the dining room but the meat is plated in the kitchen. We will all be helpful she says!

They are looking for family style cooking except for Christmas Eve when we might do a seafood dinner in the dining room.
