#25032 Cook needed for a birthday dinner party, 30th May, Cotswolds

We need a cook to prepare an Italian themed black-tie dinner for a 30th birthday on 30th May 2026.

Timings: Canapés outside from 7pm & sit down for dinner inside 8-8:30pm

Food service: they would like family style platters along the table that people can help themselves to.

Menu: Italian themed meal. Cocktails with canapes, then platters of different salads, pastas and then tiramisu for dessert. All to be traditional.

No allergies, but 1 x person does not eat fish or shellfish & 1x vegan.

They would like the chef to stay until after the meal is finished to clean the kitchen, all pots pans and to load up the dishwasher and clean all the glassware.

Chef to be well versed in real Italian cookery please.

If the chef has some nice serving wear they would love them to bring them as they would like the food served on pretty platters, client is happy to discuss this with the chef.

Chef to bring a helper with them to assist with clearing up and service please, and please include this in your quote.
