#26001 Cook needed for Long weekend in cornwall 14th - 18th august 2026

Competent cook needed to prepare food for family and friends in Torquil, Daymer Bay, North Cornwall. 

Dates Friday 14th August to Tuesday 18th August 2026.

Cook will need to travel down on Friday AM and do the shop then prepare dinner that Friday night.

Cook to leave on the Tuesday and to make lunch before departing, they will also need to leave the family dinner in the fridge for them to heat, clients happy for cook to travel back Tues afternoon once food is all prepared.

You will need a car. 

Separate accommodation in adjacent cottage provided.

Cooking for family of five plus friends. House will have 5-12 people so you must be very flexible and happy to numbers chopping and changing.

The family may host some friends for a big lunch on the weekend TBC. Low key style though.

Meals to look something like this…

Breakfast: fruit, yoghurt, cooked breakfast. 

Lunch and dinner main course (summer buffet style/perhaps a barbecue) and occasional pudding.

No nuts and sesame (allergies!). 

Fee £250-300 per day absolute max, plus travel expenses.
