#26017 chef needed for fridge/freezer filling 1 day every 2 weeks, De Beauvoir London

Fridge and freezer filling role in N1 De Beauvoir Hackney, London

Client would like the chef to come for 1 x day of work every 2 weeks.

The food:

It is for 2 adults and 1 young child (2 y/o).

1 adults is gluten free. 1 adult is vegetarian. Some meals for the non veggie would be great though so not all vegetarian food.  

Food to be fully prepared by the chef so no cooking involved for the family, only reheating needed. 

They need a high volume of foods to cover dinners for the most part of the 2 weeks until you come again. This is batch cooking so portions both for fridge and freezer. Amount to be discussed directly with the client ahead of the working day to ensure all are on the same page. Chef to clarify how much they believe they can cook in the single day.

It is only to prepare dinners plus nice veg/carb side dishes, no breakfasts/lunches or baked goods.

They would like to be interesting, and flavourful but low to no chilli heat/spiciness as it is for the 2 year old also. Spices for flavour fine though!

 Notes:

This will be a flat daily rate charge of £300 for the full day.

This will be a full 8 hour working day and will be quite busy. They would like the full time to be spent preparing meals for the week and freezer so you need to be efficient and well organised to get the high volume of food done.

They would like someone relatively local as not keen to pay high travel fees.

They have had a lovely chef before but have been without for a while now while they moved house so are keen to get going with trials asap, next week ideally.
