#26008 Family dinner party 1st Aug, Weymouth

Chef needed for low key dinner that needs catering on 1st August in 26 Esplanade, Weymouth.
9 adults and 5 children (age range 2-10)
They would like to have everyone together so aiming for 6pm start. Menu options - I think this will depend on the menu choices for adults too but a main and dessert for 5. 
It's a special occasion but they do not want it too fancy. A chicken or fish dish would likely work best and we will need a vegetarian option too.
Canapes (as a starter), main and dessert. As it's a birthday we will also aim to have a cake (currently thinking a dessert then cake to be brought out). Served plated.
6pm to include little ones
No allergies - just 1 x vegetarian
It would be great to have someone to set the table, serve and clear up. We will provide some party decorations for the table as well.

They are happy to pay your daily rate plus ingredients and travel cost.
